Flowers

All flower sales are final.
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not applicable to fresh flowers, cut blooms, or floral arrangements due to their perishable nature.

Non-Perishable Items

Refunds or exchanges may be considered on non-perishable items such as tools, seeds, or gardening supplies if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • The request is made within 14 days of purchase

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our end.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect non-perishable item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right.
